There is a limit to savings per fill. The patient’s final out-of-pocket cost after the Savings Card is applied will depend on their insurance plan and pharmacy.

Eligible patients may pay as
little as $10
for each 30-day to 90-day fill for XARELTO®.
Terms expire at the end of each calendar year. Offer subject to change or end without notice. Restrictions, including monthly maximums, may apply. Patients may participate without sharing their income information. See Savings Card Program Requirements
Patients may be eligible for the
XARELTO withMe Savings Card if they:
- Use commercial or private health insurance for their prescribed XARELTO® (rivaroxaban), and must pay an out-of-pocket cost for their medicine. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medicines
- Are being treated with XARELTO®, except if they are prescribed XARELTO® 10 mg because of a recent non-surgical hospital discharge or because they have recently undergone hip or knee replacement surgery
